9 minutes in, Arthur Topham was mentioned, and the criminal charge against him of "wilfully promoting hatred," which was actually based on a false arrest warrant where the officer thought an expressly satirical piece, "Israel Must Perish," based on the actual serious book, Germany Must Perish!", was actually intended as serious.
