Newtown Tax Assessors Database: ‘The whole town of Sandy Hook was bought off on Christmas Day 2009

That’s right, on Christmas Day of 2009, when just about every business in the country was closed, numerous real estate transactions for the amount of $0.00 (free) took place in and around the town, most of which included families or public figures, such as Gene Rossen, who were in some way connected to the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting.

“Everybody gets a house for free”, factitiously said one Youtuber in a recent video posted on his channel after researching claims by others, like Youtuber LogicBeforeAuthority, who may have cracked open another part of the mystery surrounding the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting which took place Dec. 14 2012.

In a conclusive video titled Sandy Hook School Shooting Actors Got FREE Houses, LogicBeforeAuthority documents and explains how many of the “actors” who were allegedly involved in the Sandy Hook school shooting were actually given rather large Christmas presents in 2009, inheriting their homes for free.

Sandy Hook conspiracy theorists make the claim that some residents of Sandy Hook got given free houses, presumably as some kind of compensation for taking part in some kind of "false flag" event. As evidence they point to local property tax records.

It was astonishing to learn that very unusual real estate transactions had taken place on 25 December 2009, where the homes of 15 of the 20 Sandy Hook child victims, 1-2 of the 7 adult victims, and all 6 of the Sandy Hook adult non-victims (the Phelps, Gene Rosen, the three Selectmen) have the mysterious sale date of Christmas Day and $0 sale price. Although not gifted on that same date, even the home of Nancy Lanza, the purported mother of the alleged shooter, Adam Lanza, was bestowed upon her for $0 on 8 February 2011

These incentives include real estate transactions, whereby valuable homes were deeded to Newtown’s three Selectmen and to other participants for the sale price of $0 dollars on 25 December 2009, which may be the only real estate transactions on Christmas in the nation day, where they constituted very special and high-value-at-no-cost “Christmas presents”. The “survivors” have already raked in $27 million in donations to split.

The truth is there are very few Newtowners that DONT have $0 listed on their houses in 2009. Properties that were bought within the last few years show the sales price. All others show $0 sold on 12/25/2009.

This is true of EVERY street in Newtown. and every other town in Connecticut I checked, although other towns have different dates. "Sale Price-$0"

Every 5-10 years there is a "physical" reassessment where inspectors physically check the properties and property lines in order to revalue homes to better reflect true market value. In Connecticut taxes are based on 70% of current market value.

The excerpt below is from a very interesting website that has checked this claim out (which I thought dc clothes line did as well see link and excerpt below);

What’s that you say? It still seems a little fishy? I wonder how much of an anomaly that $0 sales amount is? Look up properties from the other locations in CT, or pick another state. I checked out VA and NH. You’ll see property after property with a $0 sale amount. This conspiracy is even wider-spread than even you thought.

At the time, in February of last year, puzzled by those strange 12/25/2009 sale date and $0 sale price of Newtown homes, I had sent this email to VGS:

Date: 02/05/13 01:43 PM

Subject: Feedback from the Newtown, CT page

Hello, While browsing real estate properties using this database, I noticed a number of homes have the same “date of sale” of 12/25/2009, and a “sale price” of 0 (zero). Please be so kind as to explain. How can a home be sold or purchased for $0?

Thank you,

Dr. _____

This was the response I received:

Feb. 5, 2013

Thank you for your inquiry Dr ____. In most instances of a sale price of $0 the reason would be because of a family sale where the house ownership is simply transferred. [In other words, no money actually changed hands.] The other reason for that to happen would be a town entering a parcel into their database for the first time they must puta first owner and a sale price. Often times they will put $0 as a filler price. The sale date of 12/25/2009 would be the same thing.

Forget Halbig. He came on relatively strong and then seemed to twist and divert questions from the very real and obvious ones. The meeting with the council was a farce. So, Wolfman is a sham.
