In the first half of the program, an update on conditions at the Fukushima nuclear disaster site, plus a creative way Californians plan to keep public attention on Fukushima.
In the second half, on the anniversary of the Black Panther Party’s founding, Peter and Mickey talk with two original Panthers, Elbert “Big Man” Howard and Billy “BJ” Jennings, about the purposes and actions of the Party.
